Minors Access Regulations

These regulations are an integrated part of Hal.Terra General Regulations and they can be periodically modified and updated on www.halterra.ro, in the member account section or in the location.


These are the regulations applicable to children up to 13 years old inclusive:
Access to training rooms:

  • Children aged 0 to 5 years old cannot perform physical exercises or wait for an adult to perform their workout in the Club.
  • Children aged between 6 and 13 years old inclusive can exercise only with a hal.terra personal trainer, based on a service contract concluded by parents/legal guardians.
  • If the child is supervised during the workouts by a parent/legal guardian, then it is mandatory for the latter to be a member of the club, meaning they have an active subscription.
  • Access to group fitness classes:
  • Children aged 0 to 5 years old cannot participate in group fitness classes.
  • Children aged between 6 and 13 years old inclusive can participate in classes accompanied by parents/legal guardians or a personal trainer, based on a service contract concluded by parents/legal guardians (thus, children must be members).
  • If accompanied by parents/legal guardians, they are obliged to supervise them and assume responsibility for the risks that the presence of minors may pose to the health, physical integrity, life of the minors, or those present at the club's location.
  • If the child is supervised during the classes by a parent/legal guardian, then it is mandatory for the latter to be a member of the club, meaning they have an active subscription.
  • Access to changing rooms:
  • Children aged 0 to 5 years old cannot access these areas.
  • Children aged between 6 and 13 years old inclusive have access to these areas only if they are members, based on a service contract concluded with parents/legal guardians.
  • Children aged between 6 and 13 years old inclusive must be accompanied at all times in these areas by a parent/legal guardian who is a hal.terra member.
  • Children will use the changing rooms of the same sex (girls in the women's changing room, boys in the men's changing room).
  • Parents/legal guardians are obliged to supervise them and assume responsibility for the risks that the presence of minors may pose to the health, physical integrity, life of the minors, or those present at the club's location. It is mandatory for the parent/legal guardian providing supervision to be an active member, meaning they have an active subscription.


These are the regulations applicable to children between 14-17 years old:
Access to training rooms:

  • Minors aged between 14 and 17 years old can purchase a subscription only with the written consent of parents/legal guardians, which must be presented at the club's reception along with a self-responsibility declaration regarding the presence and activities the minor will undertake at the club's location.
  • If the child is supervised during the workouts by a parent/legal guardian, then it is mandatory for the latter to be a member of the club, meaning they have an active subscription.
  • Access to group fitness classes:
  • Minors aged between 14 and 17 years old can participate in group fitness classes if they are hal.terra members.
  • Access to group fitness classes requires a membership contract signed by the minor, with the prior written consent of parents/legal guardians.
  • Minors participating in group fitness classes are obligated to inform the instructor before the start of the workout that they are minors and will adapt the intensity of the workout to their physical and health condition. If this notification does not occur, the instructor and hal.terra are exempt from any liability.
  • If the child is supervised during the classes by a parent/legal guardian, then it is mandatory for the latter to be a member of the club, meaning they have an active subscription.
