Regulations for Club Areas

This Regulation is an integral part of the internal operating regulations of hal.terra gym, may be periodically modified and posted on the website www.halterra.ro and/or in the member account and/or in hal.terra Sports Clubs.

General rules:

  • Access to hal.terra Sports Club locations is only allowed during the respective location's operating hours and based on the digital card which is nominative. Leaving the club at closing time is mandatory. The access card can only be used by Members. The Member must have a personal photo uploaded in the application, and access to services may be refused if this photo is not uploaded.
  • Access and participation of members in group fitness classes organized by hal.terra will be done only within the available places.
  • Access to the club premises with roller skates, scooters, bicycles, or similar items is prohibited.
  • All rules from the internal operating regulations available here apply accordingly.
  • Minors aged between 0 and 5 years old do not have access to club areas. Refer to the Regulation regarding children's access on the website.
  • Minors must be supervised at all times by a parent/legal guardian who is a hal.terra member.
  • The club management reserves the right to refuse access to individuals who do not comply with the rules.
  • Rules and recommendations in the fitness room:
  • The Member assumes responsibility for using the equipment in the Club and engaging in sports activities (individually or with a trainer), according to their health condition and the rules for using the equipment in the Club's training areas. The Member is obliged to periodically assess their health condition and refrain from effort or certain exercises if their medical condition does not allow them to perform them safely.
  • The use of training equipment is prohibited for persons under the influence of alcohol, stimulants, or any other substances that may affect training abilities safely, individuals with health problems, or minors who need supervision (if unsupervised).
  • Minors aged between 6 and 13 years old inclusive may only train under the supervision of a personal trainer, based on a service contract signed with the prior written consent of the parent/legal guardian.
  • Exposure of intimate body parts by Members in the Club is strictly prohibited. Members are required to wear appropriate sports equipment throughout the workout (tracksuit, T-shirt, shorts, and suitable sports shoes). Entering with street shoes is prohibited.
  • Report to the management any aspect that implies a possible danger.
  • Release the machines and equipment during phone usage or during breaks between exercises, and at the end of the workout, they are obliged to return the equipment used during the workout to its initial position (for example: weights will be placed in the designated place, machines will be released and left in good working order, etc.). It is recommended to avoid using the phone while using the equipment.
  • Use only one machine or accessory and allow others present in the training area to use them when you take breaks between sets.
  • The Member is obliged to release the machines and equipment during phone usage or during breaks between exercises, and at the end of the workout, they are obliged to return the equipment used during the workout to its initial position (for example: weights will be placed in the designated place, machines will be released and left in good working order, etc.). It is recommended to avoid using the phone while using the equipment.
  • Do not throw weights during training and place them carefully in the designated place after finishing the workout. Do not leave weights or any equipment in areas other than the designated one, as you may cause injury to others.
  • Use a towel when using the machines and disinfect them after use. If you use any materials or substances that leave traces, you are obliged to clean the surface of the equipment used and the accessories.
  • Please inform the instructor/personal trainer if you are pregnant or have health problems. If you experience dizziness, faintness, or shortness of breath, reduce the intensity of the workout by walking in place or stop exerting yourself.
  • Always ask for help from hal.terra staff when you have problems.
  • It is prohibited to modify the settings of cooling/heating devices in the spaces. These changes can only be made by hal.terra staff according to certain rules.
  • Personal training accessories cannot be stored in hal.terra gym premises, and any use of equipment brought from outside hal.terra gym entails full responsibility. Hal.terra does not assume responsibility for any damage and/or injury that may occur during training with personal equipment.
  • It is strictly prohibited to enter the premises with items for sale, samples, advertising materials, or for recruiting or interviewing individuals without the prior and express consent of a representative of hal.terra Sports Club. The Member is not allowed to provide training services or any other services within the Club premises for commercial purposes, nor will they request or receive any kind of training services from another Member.
  • Rendering services for commercial purposes (training conducted with persons other than Club collaborators, conducting unauthorized activities, requesting consideration for activities performed by unauthorized persons).
  • Personal training services can only be provided within the club by personal trainers, hal.terra collaborators. Any deviation results in sanctions or even termination of the subscription.
  • Selling sports supplements or other products within hal.terra club premises is prohibited.
  • The Member is obliged to use the equipment diligently and according to the instructions on the machines, without damaging or destroying the equipment or the facilities in the Club's locations, under penalty of being required to repair the damage caused to the Club. If the Member has any doubt regarding the correct use of the machines, then they are obliged to ask for help from the instructors present in the gym or the reception staff. The Member must inform the club's manager of any malfunction caused among the equipment and goods in the club premises (for example: broken mirror, faulty machine, etc.).
  • Members are obliged to maintain minimum personal hygiene standards.

Rules for group fitness programs:

  • Online reservation is activated 48 hours before the start of the class. The reservation is made from the mobile application in the "Our Classes" section. It is not possible to book a class by phone or by reception staff.
  • To participate in a group fitness class, make an online reservation through the application.
  • Pick up the issued participation ticket and hand it to the instructor before the start of the class.
  • Please respect the Rules regarding reservations for group fitness classes available on the website.
  • Please arrive on time, before the start of the classes. If the member enters the class before the instructor starts warming up or playing music, they can participate in the class.
  • Please follow the following rules during classes to ensure a safe and efficient environment:
  • Personal initiatives are not allowed during classes, except those approved in advance by the instructor. This may include modifications to the choreography or the use of weights, provided it is in accordance with the program being conducted.
  • If you need to leave the workout before it finishes, please inform the instructor in advance, before the start of the class.
  • Please return all equipment used at the end of the class.
  • For personal hygiene, always use a towel during the workout.
  • If you are pregnant or have health problems, please inform the instructor before the start of the class. If you feel dizzy, faint, or have difficulty breathing, we recommend reducing the intensity of the effort by walking in place or temporarily stopping exercises.
  • Make sure to hydrate adequately during the workout, as the body needs water to function properly.


Rules and recommendations in the changing rooms:


  • Please store personal belongings in the specially designated space, namely in the allocated locker.
  • Please note that hal.terra cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of items.
  • Please show respect towards other club members.
