Internal Operating Regulations

Welcome to our fitness center!

This Internal Operating Regulation has been developed to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all members. The regulation is supplemented by other regulations, rules, and policies displayed on the halterra.ro website and/or in the member account and/or in various areas of the club.

Operating Hours

The operating hours of the hal.terra fitness club are available at the reception, on the halterra.ro website, and on the hal.terra Facebook page. Hal.terra reserves the right to modify the club's operating hours and group fitness class schedule, with any changes being communicated to members in a timely manner by posting the schedule at the fitness center reception and/or on the website. Members must strictly adhere to the fitness center's operating hours.

Location Access

Membership at the hal.terra Sports Club is proven with a digital membership card (QR code) generated after signing the Membership Contract online through the halterra.ro website (hereinafter referred to as the "access card").

Access cards are non-transferable.

Depending on internal policies, the hal.terra Sports Club has the right to require members to use another method of proving membership, for a limited or unlimited period.

Access to the hal.terra Sports Club location is only permitted during the respective location's operating hours and based on the digital card, which is nominative.

The access card can only be used by the member. If the hal.terra Sports Club doubts that the person using an access card is not the member who signed the Contract under which the respective access card was issued, the club may request the cardholder to identify themselves. If the cardholder is not the one who signed the Membership Contract, the hal.terra Sports Club reserves the right to immediately deactivate the card and may choose to revoke the membership status of the person who unauthorizedly transmitted the access card, without being obligated to refund any amounts.

To access the hal.terra fitness center, the member scans the card at the club reception. If, for any reasons attributable to the member (refusal, impossibility, etc.), the QR code or card does not function, hal.terra reserves the right to prohibit the member's access to the respective fitness center premises.

Entrance Identification

To prevent unauthorized access by individuals other than those who are members, to ensure the security of the spaces, and to protect the legitimate interest of the hal.terra Sports Club in allowing access only to those who have purchased the offered services, members are required to provide a photograph when creating a membership account, after signing the membership contract. This photograph will be used exclusively for identification purposes at the entrance to the facility. The image will be stored in a secure environment. Access to services may be refused if this photograph is not uploaded. For this, the member agrees: To provide a bright, clear, and up-to-date photograph, with the face clearly visible and easily recognizable. The photograph should not contain images of other persons, the member should not appear in the photograph alongside other persons, and the photograph should not contain graphic content; Not to upload photographs that could be considered offensive, insulting, or illegal.

The club reserves the right to refuse any photograph that does not comply with these rules and, therefore, to refuse access to the facility until remedied.

The member's photograph may be compared to their physical appearance at the entrance to the facility by Club employees/staff to confirm their identity as an authorized member. The member is responsible for the photograph provided.

Locker Rooms and Penalty Fee

Each member of the hal.terra fitness club has free access to locker rooms, which are provided with keys. The member is requested to leave the key in the locker at the end of the workout. Members will store all personal belongings securely in lockers.

Members are responsible for properly locking the lockers. The hal.terra club cannot be held responsible for the loss, damage (total or partial), or theft of members' personal belongings during their visit to the facilities. The club does not monitor locker rooms via video and therefore does not provide security for members' belongings.

Members are prohibited from leaving personal items in lockers overnight. At the end of each working day, the lockers will be automatically emptied according to the schedule of each fitness center.

Member's Belongings

The member is fully responsible for the items they bring into the hal.terra Sports Club premises. The club is not liable for the damage, loss, theft, forgetting on-site, or disappearance of any member's property brought onto the Club's premises. Unclaimed/found items in the Club's premises (e.g., in lockers) will be kept by the Club for 30 calendar days in storage. If these are not claimed within 30 days from the date of finding, they will be considered abandoned, and the hal.terra Sports Club is authorized to dispose of the item(s) at its discretion. No clause, action, or statement in the Internal Operating Regulation implies hal.terra's obligation to ensure the security of members' personal belongings or to take them into custody or storage. Hal.terra disclaims responsibility and is exempt from any liability for the loss, damage (total or partial), or theft of members' personal belongings during visits.

Prohibitions

The member is not allowed to use the membership allowing access to the Club for commercial purposes. It is strictly prohibited to enter the premises with items for sale, samples, advertising materials, or to recruit or interview individuals without the prior and express consent of a representative of the hal.terra Sports Club.

The member is not allowed to provide commercial services within the Club (training services or any other services) or request or receive training services from another member for any consideration.
